Such a long winter it is. Even we’re spending most of our
times indoors one still needs to see the sun is shining outside. So what do you
do to get rid of the blues out your head?
I tell you what I do, firstly I become aloof. I don’t call
friends, speak no one and wait for hitting the bottom. Sometimes life looks
different when you’re down. People are
Strange When You’re A Stranger as The Doors says but you don’t care the
others when you’re switched off. The days pass slowly and every day it’s the
same stuff. And you know what, it is fun in a way.
There is always a raise after hitting the bottom. Therefore
I try to visit down there from time to time to break all these daily routines,
concerns and stupid artificial stress factors. By the way did you know that
stress is the most dangerous poison to your soul and body?
And there always a warm, sunny summer comes after spring. It's time for me to jump up again. To send " hey yo !" messages, make plans to have long walks, find common things to talk and most importantly listen to them. I believe the best valuable thing in friendship is to hear what your friends tell you and stay cool about the things you listen.
